I got RFE too. But, I haven’t sent mine yet, we’re still trying to gather more evidence. What CSC return address did you use and did you use the priority/overnight delivery or just regular delivery? Thanks!

I hope you hear from CSC soon.

Hey what did they ask in the RFE they sent you? And how long had it passed since you filed to get the RFE? I might be at Marines bootcamp (They do take in people with Conditional Resident status) by the time they start reviewing my application, and I want to leave everything prepare for my spouse in case an RFE arrives in my absence. Also the way CSC is looking I also appear to be on the way to become eligible for naturalization while ROC is still pending. I wonder how this affects RFE's and the whole process, thoughts?

New processing times just got a new update! CSC is now processing 9/7/2016. I guess they have skipped mine. Hopefully I will get the citizenship interview soon. Good luck.

Yes, seems to be a trend for 751 filers who applied for 400 while it is pending.

I  Think so! But it’s not fair for us who waited this long.

But if we think about the bigger picture, our goal is citizenship, you have to surrender you 10 year green card after being naturalized anyway. That is how I deal with 751, I think ahead, we are already ahead of many anyway. Our 751 will be approved on the day of the citizenship interview. Too many cases have confirmed that, but I agree it would be nice to get a 751 approval now.

Hopefully I’ll get my interview notice soon for my n400, in-line for interview since December 13,2017

I just got a letter from USCIS confirming my 751 being consolidated with my citizenship application as predicted. Good luck, we will be fine, just a matter of time.

I travelled back to US yesterday and was told "Everytime you travel back with 551 stamp, you have to go through secondary" and spent about 3.5 hours in secondary check before being cleared to enter the US. No additional questions asked, but the whole experience was a tad intimidating as they dont explain the process, dont say how long it will take, just take your passport and tell you to wait and you cannot use your phone. So to wait that long after an extremely long flight in most scenarios, can throw people off the top (Saw a couple people faint in the room).

Not sure if others travelled with 551 recently, similar experience?

I went to Vancouver, Canada and came back by bus.  :dancing:  My immigration officer at the port of entry scanned my expired Green Card and that was it!     I didn't even have to go into the secondary inspection!

It is unclear if they will interview me and my spouse, if they do, we will obviously be ready. Thanks for congratulating, but still need to wait until this summer

I bet they won't tell you if your spouse needs to go to the interview. If they don't go, they'll say they needed them there. If they do go, they'll just sit in reception doing nothing, USCIS ... Twas ever thus, and ever thus shall be lol.

Glad you finally got some kind of response, Zombie!

Thanks, at least I got a response about my 751 status in writing. My spouse will go with me regardless, just to be on the safe side anyway.
