Don't know the answer to that sorry.. However, I can tell you that i think you will see a speed up with CSC, 1-129 files were transferred from CSC and VSC to TSC on the 2nd January, so that is less of workload for them, plus they have probably finished with DACA applicants, which means more time to concentrate on ROC and other visas.

I would imagine you can't request the file yourself, but you probably can ask your local field office to do so when you attend the info pass. I am assuming you will hear something very shortly, but to be honest if it gets transferred then the time frame will all be down to your local field office.

I went to USCIS field office this afternoon to do fingerprints for N400. I showed them the stamp on my passport without expired green card. They accept it. It’s very quick without waiting in line.

I remember I did fingerprints for 10years my green card. The waiting room was packed and we had a long time waiting in line.No wonder green card proceed much slower than N400.

I hope CSC can proceed my 10 years green card as soon as possible. I don’t want them to combine green card with N400. If so, that would be a long waiting.

I probably will call USCIS next Monday to request if they received my evidence reference yet. If they cannot make a request, I will make an appointment with local USCIS office to check then.

They don't send you NOA for RFE. Just wait. It takes between 1 and 2 months to hear from them: interview or you got it!

Your constituent’s case was received on August 17, 2016. Currently, the California Service Center (CSC) is processing I-751 (Removal of conditions on the Conditional Permanent Resident (CPR) status) cases that were received on or before August 20, 2016. According to our processing time, the case will be adjudicated shortly.

I apologize for the long processing time for this I-751 classification. The constituent is correct that she can apply for her N-400 naturalization as soon as she is eligible. The I-751 can be adjudicated along with the N-400 case at the District Field Office. If the constituent has an updated ADIT stamp she can use it along with her expired Conditional Green Card and I-751 receipt notice to show her valid immigration status.

The constituent’s current address: ***MYCURRENTADDRESS*** is actually already updated in all USCIS electronic systems so I did not need to make any changes.

So what this means (to me) is that they haven't adjudicated my file at all (I haven't missed an RFE) but they have my correct address so hopefully I'll hear something soon, as I must be near the top of the pile by now!

I'm pleased that I got a response from the Senator's office so quickly, at least, and I can (more or less) stop worrying that I've missed something due to the move.

Our petition got approved today.

Biometrics: 10/11/16

Approval date: 12/28/17

Letter in mail: 1/8/17

I still can't believe it though that it actually happened nearly after 1 year, 4 months...

Updated the list below to reflect my approval. Received approval by mail today including notice that I will receive my new green card in 60 days. Decision date is marked as 1/4/18. Online case status has not updated since my initial 8/22/16 NOA. Thanks to everyone here as always.
