I-751 August 2016 Filers

Great news. I received Notice of Action stated my I-751 was approved and the card will be delivered within 60 days. The decision date was on 12/19/17.

Here is my timeline:

Date filed 08/17/16

NOA 08/22/16

Bio 10/12/16

I-551 stamps 11/02/17

Approved 12/19/17

Hey guys 

I also got my permanent green card today in the mail. It was approved on 12/18. My processing center was California and they didn't send me any letters previously, just surprised me with the card.

I have filed an online outside normal processing times inquiry. I will also call them tomorrow and I have an info pass appointment this coming Friday. I guess I will just do the best given the few options we have even though it probably won't make much difference.

Can someone tell me whether my NOA is 08/22? Below is what I see on USCIS website. 

 

I remember USPS had lost my receipt mail and I had directly gotten my biometrics notice so I am just a little curious about my dates. 

 

 

On August 22, 2016, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 21, 2016, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Just talked to a tier 2 officers, he told me my 751 is being merged with 400 at NBC as predicted, and they will adjudicate both on the same day after they are received by my field office. Nothing new and exciting, I might confirm that when I go to the info pass appointment on Friday.  Still can't trust what they say as USCIS is unpredictable at times.

They are VERY unpredictable. Let us know what you find out at your info pass appointment.

Did the officer confirm that your I-751 had been received by NBC?

I think so, he said my 751 is at NBC with my 400. Is that what they told you too? And you got 751 approved anyway

Congratulations to all the new approvals, and thanks for the tip about the new date on USCIS - I sent in an online service request since my application is now "outside normal processing" - not that I expect anything will come of that... but at least it made me feel like I'd done something pro-active! They said to expect a response to the service request by the 18th of Jan.
