My field office has slowed down as soon as I applied, of course!   I'm not surprised at all!

Well, I hope I get to vote in Nov, 2018 assuming that my field office doesn't slow down more!

Ever the optimist, aren't you? :D

I think we'll both have this process completed by the time we retire? By the next election - I'm getting less optimistic. I can't believe how long the N400/I751 is dragging out for us in Seattle. I had an April N400 Seattle applicant reach out to see if I'd heard back. They're still 'in-line.'

Once USCIS goes past our I751 dates and you've filed an N400, do you plan on opening a case with USCIS to follow up?

Hey! I'm an a CSC August filler my NOA is August 1 my field office is Memphis. I called today to the USCIS because the processing time is August 3 and I am August 1. They said I should be hearing new within a month. This is stressing me out, I just wanna get done with all this. The online page has said the same for more than a year on August 1 we received your petition to remove the condition.

You probably won't get any action, but it might be worthwhile to go to the USCIS webpage and file a service request, since you are now "outside normal processing time" - It's worth a shot.

Yeah, it's annoying, especially since we have this website to go to, to check our status, and the status never changes until the card is being produced. At least with the I-130 process we occasionally got updates!

Is your timeline updated?

Perhaps, my lawyer told me LA field office dispatched a good number of officers to states that were hit by storms, but it seems to be moving now, so maybe they are back again. Hope your office picks up speed soon.

Lucky guy!   You've been much luckier than me when it comes to the immigration process!  :dancing:

Lucky guy!   You've been much luckier than me when it comes to the immigration process!  :dancing:

April filer is still in line at the Seattle office!  :wow:  That's not good!  :bonk:

Yes, I'm planning to file for Service Request once my I-751 date is up!

I hope we get approved by the end of the year!  Fingers crossed!

I would not say I am luckier than you at this point. Los Angeles field office appears to be moving in normal speed now, but who knows when it might slow down at some point in the next couple of months.. My 485 was also delayed for 6 months because I had to apply for a 601 waiver, I was rendered inadmissible due to past petty minor criminal history.  As far as 130, like i told you before, I was luckier than you because I was already in the states, and after the interview, the officer approved my 130 on the spot but found me inadmissible and requested a waiver. As far as your Seatle field office, i guess you just have to wait and see how it plays out, maybe it will pick up normal speed of processing again. Fingers crossed.

I would just call USCIS and speak to the Tier II customer service so they can put in request. The response usually comes in 2 weeks after the call. I would try!

I talked to what so called the tier 2 officers 3 or 4 times last month. Some tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, none of what they told me was true. One said i should hear from them in mid Sept one said late October, and obviously that was not true. Don't mean to discourage you because I would take what those officers say with a grain of salt, so you don't set yourself to disappointment. Most of the responses from the service requests are either a total waste of time or they say absolutely nothing.  Only adjudicators and field office directors know what's going on, patience is the only way unfortunately. Good luck.
