Just got an surprise update saying my 400 is in line for interview. Hope I will get a 751 update soon too, but i won't count on that.

Been meaning to ask someone what happens when you don't have a physical GC and you go for a N400 interview? I hear you need the GC to take with you so how do you get around that one?  Thanks in advance.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

I have heard they will probably adjudicate both applications since the 400 was submitted obviously without the 10 year green card if both cases are pending. You just go to the interview without it and they will conduct it without it as well and approve both at the interview. According to some anecdotal evidence and reported accounts.

Thanks for that,  hopefully I will get my GC before I apply for the N400. Miracles sometimes happen!

You are a VSC filer, you will probably get your 10 year green card before 400.

This time last year Vermont was behind and California way ahead, we both know its subject to change. Hope you hear something very shortly and hope youve been practicing the Civic Test! Joy! Lol

Thanks, yes Vermont was always behind CSC, but Vermont has not really slowed down. It takes VSC about a year or a bit over to process in general every year, this year is no different for VSC filers, it is CSC's unprecedented delay(15 to possibly 18 months)this year makes VSC looks normal because it used to take CSC 6 to 10 months to process, so by comparison, VSC looks super fast compared to CSC this year, lol.  Good luck, I think by the time you get your 751 around next Feb. I might be getting mine as well, that is how slow CSC is by comparison or I might not even get my 10 year green card at all if they just combine the two and adjudicate my 400.

Yes.He said a few more months for us

That is what I have been predicting for a while. About 1.5 years, unfortunately, by the time CSC adjudicates August filers which will be about next Feb, I might be getting close to my 400 interview, and they are  probably going to adjudicate my two pending cases concurrently. It will be wild, this delay is a mess.

I got mine in mid July. I applied for 400 a bit more than two months ago and my case is in line for interview with 751 pending.
