In the g325a form where it says "all other names used" should my Chinese fiance put her Chinese name there or just leave that area blank? Her legal name is a different separate name. Should she put any of her casual nicknames there?

Also, just to double check, do both of us have to fill out a g325a form?

When applying for the k1 visa petition what should I do with the plane tickets I'll be using and sending as proof of me and my fiance's meeting in person? Do I need to scan them and print the scanned image on paper and give detailed explanation of the occasion, and explanation of the occasion in the photos I'll send of me and her together in person? or should I just send photos and the actual tickets themselves and not bother with an explanation?

I personally didn't write any explanation.

My plane tickets were to my fiancées country and nowhere else as we didn't take any trips anywhere. I just took copies of my passport stamps and tickets and it was fine.

I sent in pictures but didn't write any explanation but I heard some people will write on the back of the picture - like a short explanation "vacation on the beach " and date it. I don't think you HAVE to- I didn't and didn't have a problem.

Only RFE I had was because the divorce papers I sent in were a copy and they couldn't see the stamp clearly. Easy fix

In your cover letter, indicate what you are including in your package (serves as an explanation) something like "Boarding passes for trip to meet ZZZZ from dates XXX to YYY. Include copy of boarding passes shows you physically boarded the aircraft. You can't always rely on passport stamps as sometimes they are barely readable and difficult to make a legible copy.

I asked my fiancé which consulate she'd have to go to for interview, so I could know which consulate to ask whether or not they accept co-sponsors. She said Jakarta or Surabaya. Does anyone here have any past experience with or know whether those two places accept co-sponsors or not. She also said she read or heard that workers at consulates there can be very rude, though that could just be hearsay.

K-1 Visa interview / immigrant visa application can only be done in Jakarta and YES, they accept co-sponsor. Look into the Indonesian Portal on top of the page.

As always the case when dealing people at the embassy / consulate during interview / process of visa application, be clear of what you want / need and be firm in your answers. Don't dilly-dally.

In my experience Jakarta embassy is VERY quick in responding email with inquiries.

Also, as many would suggest, read this forum and other people post, it's a very informative. Also read the instruction that comes with almost any government form.

Good luck.
