Married a US citizen, and filed for adjustment of status. Got my EAD card. But I am self employed: driving Uber and my USC wife is self employed and works as a private yoga instructor. We both don't have health insurance. Would this be an issue during the marriage interview?

You're required to have health care coverage of some sort, or you'll have to pay a penalty to the feds. I don't know if it would come up in the interview or not, honestly. Probably not, but someone else will have to weigh in.

Not an issue at the interview if you have plenty of other quality co habitation and financial co mingled evidence, especially

for the next phase which is ROC. Look in the ROC forums (and guides) on what you can take (if you even have an interview)
there is a wide selection of evidence to use.

You will have to pay a very hefty penalty for both of you being without insurance you will find out when you both file taxes

next April.
