Sent wrong passport photo. Need Help!

I was about to submit the DS-260. Mailed off the AOS/IV packet this morning. I was checking the review and noticed the passport number was different. I sent her old passport picture with with maiden name. Still valid but she renewed it to change her name. Should I change the number on the DS-260 to the older passport number. So they match? I heard you have to bring both to the interview anyways. My question is would this cause a checklist? Because technically they don't have her new number anywhere. Could it cause problems with the green card name or will that always be in the name of the passport given at interview?

passport pictures are not required anymore at the NVC

you just have to bring it to the interview

Photocopy of the Biographic page of a valid passport is still required.

I'm talking about valid passport photocopy which is on the link you just gave.

And my dilemna is the DS-260 asks for passport number. Do I put the maiden name one to make it match or the new one that we will present for the visa?
