why didnt you record her with your phone? i would have done that. I keep seeing here and every where, Filipino girls will do any thing to come to North America and Europe, It is always young girls in their early 20s that "fall in love" with men in their late 30s and 40 and on, never all the way around

DO NOT GENERALIZE EVERY FILIPINA.

I am a 23 year old Filipina and my fiance is a 21 year old American soldier.

It would be appreciated if you quit generalizing and stop using words such as "ALWAYS" and "NEVER".

I, myself, have seen MOST young filipina women with older American men.

Also, not every filipina is dirt poor and deprived of the capacity to travel the world. I studied my bachelor's degree in a first world country, Australia; and have traveled to Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Thank you.

Please do not lose hope.

If it was in fact her, yes. Sometimes you think you recognize someone when it was a completely different person.

I get the feeling OP didn't know his fiancé very well since he got tricked this bad? Or maybe she just played a hell of a good game, some people are masters at that.

This is not as uncommon as you think. Many people who do this "train" others on how to play someone for a green card. Many people master the I love you sweet talk get here AOS and take off. Men and women. That's why don't always discount what someone says when they come on here and say they are a victim of fraud. Many are not but many are.

I will say it again for everyone to understand, Not all Filipinos are the same, just like the five fingers you have...Fraud is widespread and that includes other countries as well. There are more cases of Filipinos filing for K1 Fiance visa and the minute one of them turns out to be bad apple, everyone start pointing the fingers...It is time to stop generalizing and I hope the moderator can close this thread!

One more thing, I don't see anyone calling that American man a fraud...he is part of this whole fraud thing but this does not make all of us Americans look bad like this person. Its a two way street, folks!

Just wondering who you would march right in and talk to? Because CBP does not answer questions and normally won't tell you anything about anyone who has come in. I waited 3 hours at a POE for someone and CBP wouldn't tell me a single thing. If they say no nothing anyone says is going to change anything.

So you waited 3 hours and spoke to CBP, even if they told you nothing...... you answered your own question. I would do the same, and I would keep pestering them until they got tired of me. And I would have asked for a supervisor and anything else necessary to get any information. Would I be unsuccessful, perhaps, but I know I would not just leave her at the airport without trying to get information. Seems like you did the same to me.

Yah, this American man is complicit in the fraud but he is not the one trying to gain immigrant benefits here.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

To clarify my first post I am originally from Germany but my mom got married to American citizen so I am natural born German citizen but my step father adopted me and I am now a US citizen that is why I said Foreigner/American.

To all those curious this is my story. My experience with Filipina dating sites is all over the place. I met a lot of sincere women searching for husbands. I also encountered several scammers who were trying to make quick buck off of lonely men like me. I quickly learned to be suspicious of anyone asking money or hinting about financial needs. I ended up talking to two beautiful Filipinas that I think are sincere. One is a happy chatter. She always makes me laugh, sweet and I could tell she is really a wife material but everytime we talk she keeps telling me she wants to get to know me well so I ended up choosing my fiancee because the other Filipina seems not so interested with me and here is the other one keep telling me she wants to have a family. We remained friends and I admitted to her that I chose my fiancee over her and she was to accept it. I went to Philippines and met my fiancee and her family. They’ve been so good to me. I saw how simple their life and after three visit I decided to petition her. I supported her and her family because for me they are my family too. Even gave them a small business because they are depending to my fiancee and I was thinking if I will marry her I want her to focus to our own family. They were so happy and thank me enough.

UPDATES: When I talked to her family yesterday I told her mom that if something happens to her it is not my responsibilities anymore and that I reported her already. She began to tell me the whole story. She told me that her daughter met me and this guy almost the same month. She advised her to focus on me and drop the other guy because she said she knew I am a good guy for her daughter. I didn’t know that I was being fooled since then because they guy also came to Philippines and met them. Her mom said she called them and told her that I saw her and reported her but she told her mom that I love her so much so she will just say that she just want to surprise me and went to her friends first. Well, I am really surprised! Her mom also mentioned that this guy is not supporting them or her and she asked my forgiveness because she tolerated her daughter because they need my support. The guy knew about me but he kept quiet and agreed with her that I filed the petition first and can’t cancel it anymore so she will just take the opportunity to meet him. I am honestly lost right now. I can’t believe this is happening to me. I talked to the other Filipina today and she cried and felt bad for me. I was so stupid I chose the wrong one. Now, it is too late.

I have schedule to Philippine consulate here and I am thinking if ever she will contact me if I will answer her and pretend I will accept her and bring her there or not answer her at all and just let the immigration find her. To all of you, from the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate everyone. Thank you for all the encouragement and concerns. I really hope all of you will get your visa approaved and will be happy to all your partners. You are all lucky and please don’t waste that chance because not all people have a chance to meet a good person. I will be busy from now on. I will you all the best in life!

Leandro

Leandro,

With all due respect I guarantee you that her entire family was in on this. You supported her and her family even before she came to be with you? And you thought that once she got here you would no longer have to support her family??? Seriously? I would bet 50k dollars that everyone was laughing and talking about you behind your back the entire time you were there.(Sad as that is) I also GUARANTEE YOU that this ***** is gonna call you or show up at your doorstep and say she made a terrible mistake. She has spoken to her mom and feels terrible. Don't answer the phone or the door. Her mom is just as full of #### as she is. NEVER accept a call from her. You will only set yourself up to a lifetime of horrors... Imagine being married to such a lying, deceitful, heartless person. That's what will happen if you ever let her back. MOVE ON my friend.

I wasn't saying your idea wasn't good I was just saying trying to get info from CBP is next to impossible. BTW I wasted for 3 hours before I went to CBP at JFK. I didn't know if the person I was waiting for didn't come, or was stuck in the baggage area...or was turned away. CBP told me they can't tell me anything and have a good day.??

I actually would have done the same thing as the OP. I Would have gone home as well. Everyone is assuming the airport he was at was her POE which isnt always the case. How would anyone there know why she was denied if thats not her POE? They wouldnt. So why waste your time? The one person that would know everything would be the fiance. Yeah i would have headed home also.

Im not sure why everyone is bagging on the guy or questioning why he did this or didnt do that. He was upset. Nobody thinks clearly when they are upset.

One thing this is clear is that the family was helping her fool you. Please dont send another dime over there. This story is getting too common.

What I don't understand in this scenario is the logic of the fraudster. Instead of marrying the K-1 petitioner and getting a GC first, she decided to run off with this other person which means she will have NO way of AOSing at all. Strange.

This person might take her home, lock her up and make her his slave that she will regret ever doing this...Why would anyone take her away knowing she can never adjust and breaking the laws is beyond belief. Like I said before, Karma is going to be Big time B****

I'm very sorry this happened, sadly to say I've seen this art least 5 times before here on VJ.

Move on, count yourself lucky, she could of cleaned you out completely. Contact USCIS, inform them all of what happened, Changed your phone number, and accept this as a bad egg handed your way.

Don't waste another minute of your heart on her, there are other true deserving ladies out there who want a life with someone who loves them.

Best wishes for your future.

Hillary has promised Amnesty?

Lots of people here without status, without issue.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

CBP wont tell anyone anything about foreigners arriving. I know, I've worked along side DHS for 20 years.

Still he needs to contact USCIS and let them know. Its not his problem anymore, its USCIS.... what she pulled will catch up with her one way or another.

Hillary did not promise Amnesty, but she said "Its inhumane to send the million of illegals aliens back home" and, "Lets open the boarders for people looking for decent living and work"

So, next time there is a person entering illegally to the states, she is suggesting it would be"inhumane" to send them back if they get caught ...Oh heck, lets just open the boarders, abolish immigration laws and let everyone in...

I know this is off topic but wanted to respond...
