Please Validate my I-129F Package.

Timeline

Hi,

I am waiting for my I-130 NOA1 to come in the mail any day now, in the meantime, putting my I-129F package together,

This is the list of what i have so far:

1) I-129F Completed and Signed.

2) G-325A for me.

3) G-325A for my spouse.

4) 2 Photos each of me and my spouse, with name on back.

5) I-797 NOA1 Original from the I-130 i already filed.

6) Copy of all pages of My current US Passport.

7) Copy of front and back of my Naturalization Certificate.

8) Copy of Marriage Certificate.

9) Check for $170.00.

Do i need anything else???

Is a cover letter with inventory of documents necessary ?

Is there any order that i need to put the documents in ?

Any suggestions from my learned VJ buddys would be much appriciated.

I-130 Petition

18th January 2007, Married.

8th March 2007, Sent I-130 USPS Mail.

12th March 2007, I-130 Recieved by NSC, Signed for by F HEINAUER.

20th March 2007, $190.00 Check Cashed by USCIS, Back of check indicates file is with California Service Center.

23rd March 2007, Recieved I-797 NOA1 for I-130 (Had a spelling mistake in Benificiary Last Name).

26th March 2007, Called USCIS about mispelling on I-797; they made a note, gave me a "T" Number, said submit I-129F with current I-797.

19th April 2007, "touched".

20th April 2007, "touched".

13th June 2007, "touched". (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

14th June 2007, "touched".

12th July 2007, "touched", (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

15th August, 2007, Approved.

I-129F Petition

28th March 2007, Sent I-129F USPS Mail.

30th March 2007, I-129F Recieved by USCIS Chicago, Signed for by S SANDOVAL.

4th April 2007, $170.00 Check Cashed by USCIS.

4th April 2007, NOA1 Notice Date.

6th April 2007, NOA1 Recieved.

10th April 2007, "touched".

19th April 2007, Recieved Email, my Petition transfered to the California Service Center.

23th April 2007, "touched".

8th June 2007, "touched".

10th June 2007, "touched". (This is a Sunday???)

11th June 2007, "touched".

12th July 2007, "touched", (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

15th August 2007, Approved.

6th September 2007, NVC sends to Chennai Consulate.

2nd of November 2007, Interview at Chennai Consulate.

9th of December 2007, Entry in to USA... Home in Dayton, Ohio.

Feel free to use my example. Put the check on top with the NOA1 copy next. Adjust to your needs. Not everybody needs an attached sheet with beneficiary address in Chinese. You are using passport and naturalization papers instead of a US birth certificate.

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find my Form I-129F, Petition for Spouse NAME and step-child NAME with supporting documents for K3 and derivative K4 visas.

The following is a list of contents in order of appearance.

- Check # XXXX for $170 Filing Fee

- I- 797 receipt for filing I-130

- I-129F

- Attached sheet showing Beneficiary address in Chinese alphabet

- G-325A forms for Petitioner and Beneficiary (quadruplicate)

- Copy of petitioners US Birth certificate *(a one-sided document)

- Certified Copies of X# prior divorces for Petitioner

- Certified Notarial copy of Beneficiary’s Divorce Decree

- Passport type photos for Petitioner and Beneficiary

The petition is an original document. Supporting documents submitted are either original documents or exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.

Timeline

In the directions for I-129F pertaining to K3, it says that if I-130 was already on file, then documents required in Question 5 may be omitted (see 10. on page 4 of the directions). So, I don't think that they need passport or naturalization certificate copies.
