question about authorized work stamp in passport

hello to everybody

i entered us on k1 visa and they stamp my passport . authorized work in airport (JFK)

and expire . and i have good job and don't wish to lose it. i wish to keep it and wait for my green card.

may i can have problem if i keep working??? i applied for green card in local office (D.O.R.A). and i had interview 1 month

ago.and approved. and now I'm waiting letter for biometric.

i wish any advice??

February 08, 2010 Check Cashed.

February 10, 2010 NOA.

February 17, 2010 RFE Email.

February 22, 2010 Biometric Letter Received.

March 03, 2010 Biometric done.

March 13, 2010 Yellow Letter Received.

March 23, 2010 Email ( case transferred to local office for interview.

March 25, 2010 Interview Letter Arrived.

April 29, 2010 Interview (Rescheduled)

May 24, 2010 Interview (Passed)

June 17, 2010 Oath Letter Received

July 14, 2010 Oath Date ...........

July 14, 2010 DONE

Did you apply for EAD, or are you assuming you will get your GC quickly because of DORA?

My advice is not to quit your job if your EA expires, its up the employer to enforce the law regarding your legal employment, not you an there are no consequences to AOS for working without authorisation.

If you haven't applied for EAD, I would suggest you might want to consider that in case you get stuck in FBI namecheck.

You may well get your Green Card in three months. However, you may also get stuck in the FBI namcheck black hole, in which case it could take longer.

Its very unlikely that you would either get caught, or punished. The law breaker here would be your employers, for not checking your employment eligibility.
