Forms required at interview stage?

Calling the experienced heads here.

I received my packet 3 today and in my document checklist the only 2 forms they stated I will need to bring to the interview is the DC-160 confirmation page and the I-134 Affidavit of Support form with its supplemental documentation.

There is no mention of any other forms, although I know I have seen other VJers mention other forms required.

i know that the requirements at interview stage are embassy-specific, but I'd like to get some kind of heads up on the other forms people are taking to their interviews just so I can be aware of what else I can fill in to prepare.

And is this normal to just need the DS-160 and the I-134 forms for the interview? In my months of being on VJ...with all the different forms being thrown around...I find that a little odd. lol

Those are the only two forms that are on my checklist too, I haven't heard of any other forms for the K-1 visa interview. Maybe you heard something about another visa, not the K-1?

The US citizen fills in the i-134 and the foreigner fill in the DS-160.

I had to fill in a form to get the police certificate, but that's a different thing.

What I had at my interview:

-Passport

-Birth Certificate (+ translation)

-DS 160 confirmation

-Police records (UK + Belgium)

-i-134 (+ supporting evidence)

-ID pictures

DS160 and i-134 are the only forms - and in the case of the DS160 it was sent in electronically and all I had to bring was the print out of the confirmation
