Leaving US before marriage K1 visa

Hey guys i got my k1 visa and I traveled to us and i stayed there for a month we didn't get marry yet but i went back to my country for emergency reason my visa still valid and the 3 montha didn't finish also the uscis told me i cant fo back with the same visa ..they told to start the process again

What should we do to make it faster or there is any solution to can go back

I am going to slightly disagree, since the three months are not up yet, and they did not get married.

There is a chance that the US embassy in your country will re-issue the visa, allowing you to travel back to the USA. Have your USC fiance contact them today and ask.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yeah we did , they can't reissue the visa and told us to start over again....so how many time is gonna take to get the visa again now

Approximately the same amount of time as previous. Maybe others here can chime in but I think (but not absolutely sure) that since this will be a second K-1, especially being less than a 2 year timeframe between K-1s, you will need to apply for a waiver.

Ahh apologies, I thought you had talked to USCIS in the USA before, not the embassy. Yes, in that case you need to start over and it will take the same amount of time as before.
