Hahahaha good luck to the ex.... :wow:

that train has long left station

the chicken flew the coop

the boat has sailed

Everyday we hear a new USC who thinks they bought a human...

Anyway ignore him!!

Seriously, if we had a penny for every USC spouse who acts like they have these mythical deportation powers.

So it's common?? That's so sad! I hate people sometimes.

Everyday a new thread goes up about someone trying to deport their spouse.

She lucked out she has her 10yr GC so she has proven all she needed to.

SHES FINE :yes::thumbs:

Its like in all relationships you win some you loose some if they were both american where was he gonna vanish them back to the womb...

I d k why people go get people from other countries only to try and hurt them.

Beyond annoying.

People do alot of mental abuse...

Not nice one bit

Most people do not realize the fraud, if proven, is bad for both parties

Taken directly from immigration attorney site is this :

Such frauds are taking very seriously by the U.S. immigration authorities. If the fraud is discovered, the immigrant may face severe immigration consequences, and both halves of the marrying couple may face criminal penalties. Hundreds of marriage frauds are uncovered every year.

Federal crime means federal fines and federal prison tems

I'm sorry but I have to ask....exactly how would the sister know if the marriage was consummated or not? ???

Tell her ex to get over himself and move on. ?????

As in she never lived with him and thus the marriage wasn't consummated, but I agree that a marriage could've been consummated anywhere. But again, she did live with him so his sister would be lying.

I have no idea how one's sister witnesses the non-consummation of one's marriage. Perhaps she was in the bed with them every night making sure no hanky panky took place? This witness is bogus at best.

Wanting immigration benefits (a GC or citizenship) that one is entitled to is never a matter of shame. If she divorced and filed with a divorce waiver and was granted a 10-yr GC and wanted to then try bring her whole family here, so what?

It seems the ex husband thinks that divorce = no GC. Simply not true. I think the ex is suffering from "I thought I gave my spouse a green card and now I can take it back-itis". It is a serious brain infection whereby US citizen spouses believe they have some sort of immigration power.

Treatment options include:

- telling them to go away

- laughing in their face

- ignoring them

- going on with your own life

Apply treatment liberally.

Huh...I think the last time people were required to show "proof of consummation" of a marriage was in the 1600's....and you had to be a royal.

She and her husband probably are not royals...LOL....so I think she's good.

Another example of a vindictive ex-spouse who thinks he can return her like a golf bag. Good luck to her. :)

The more we think about it, the less scary it is and the funnier it is, haha! He really thinks the country is going to obey his word.

Anyway, she thinks he's angry because she suggested the divide after about 7 months because she realized he was kind of a ####### when you're around him all day and all night, and now that she thinks about it he always had sort of a master-and-slave mentality toward her when she first came to the States, especially when she started college and found a job.

Nothing to do with him.
