Assuming it's in fact a visa interview at the embassy, and not a green card interview in the US - check out this link:

Each interview is different, based on the documentation you provided. It may only be a few minutes long, or take an hour or more. Some common questions are:

- How did you meet?

- When and where did you meet?

- Why go to the USA and not settle in Thailand?

- When did you last meet in person and where? What did you do?

- How often have you met? What is the longest time you spend together?

- Have your families met? What do your families think of the marriage?

- Tell me about your wedding/ show photos.

- Where in the USA will you move to? What is it like there?

- What is yourUS citizen husband's job title, the name of the firm he works for, and what does he actually do?

- Name and ages of husband's siblings

- Husband's birthdate

- Husband's middle name. nickname

- Name of husband' highschool/ college and what he studied

- Questions about kids on either side, and any previous marriages on either side

- Questions about any differences in religion/ age difference/ educational differences

- Is the child a US citizen? if so, have you done CRBA for him?

Be prepared for anything, this list in the previous post is good. But for my wifes interview I am guessing her name and her fathers names were shared by some criminals/terrorists or something, because her interview was 1.5 hours of them asking her the same questions over and over trying to trip her up about her fathers military service and countries she had visited. It was very scary and intense for her, especially because of her low English skill. But don't freak out! Most interviews are very normal and they will confirm when you met, what job your fiancee does, about their family, and other normal stuff most couples know about each other.

Interview was very low key. Farang gentleman who wanted to do interview in Thai. Came to the window with some of our photos of trips around Thailand and with family. How we met, what do I do, marry before, children, who is in the photos, where is your fiance (waiting outside), what will you do in U.S. It was over in a matter of minutes and approved. Interview was Tuesday, EMS showed up Friday and we flew home Saturday.
