I am a entrepreneur from Silicon Valley who is in the process of applying for an O1A visa.

My lawyer told me that I can keep my O1A visa if I work for another company as long as I am holding an O1A visa with the new company.
This is what he said:
1. I am the CEO of IceCream Inc which is where my O1 is registered under.
2. IceCream Inc doesn't do well financially - I want to look for another job elsewhere.
3. I decrease my hours from $100,000 at IceCream Inc at 40 hours/week to $12,500 at 5 hours a week.
4. I join Uber as a VP of their engineering. Uber will have to issue me an O1 so that I can have 2 concurrent O1.
5. When I decide it's time to leave Uber to start another company, I will drop my O1 with uber but maintain my O1 with IceCream Inc.
7. I can still remain in the country as my O1 with IceCream Inc is still valid.
8. I start another company while keeping IceCream Inc alive.
How sound is his advice?
Also, could I be on a TN and O1 visa concurrently?
