My husband got approved for provisional wavier unlawfully present. He had interview date for June 16. He didn't have confirmation page for DS-260, Biometrics (which he had done in US already), and correct police clearance. So he got all that taken care of.. Interview rescheldule for July 19. He did interview and all I hadn't made enough to sponsor him (which I had told my lawyer but they said it's fine) so officer gave white 221g for him get cosponsor which my mom and dad cosponsor my husband dropped paperwork and passport like he was told to drop off location. His status went from administrative processing to Ready but it says if you haven't schelduled you interview do so now. But he had interview already and was told he didn't have to go back and has none of documents are passport go back to consulate office anyway. So sorry for long topic but my question is. Has anyone had this happen and any recommendations thanks in advance
