UAE No Interviews!!!!

Its really confusing.Last week i have posted, may be we are in luck for interviews but now iam totally hopeless....when my wife called last week they said that they were scheduling for September & i was in line for interview.Now they are saying they din get any dates from Embassy.So i tried mailing AUH Embassy and the reply i get is this

Thank you for your email. We have not yet received your case from NVC. Please contact NVC for further information.

Have no idea what is goin on,When we call nvc they say Embassy did not give any date and when mailed Embassy they say they have not received any case....,

this is what I was suspecting when I noted few of your waiting endlessly but seemingly only following up with NVC.

Hence kept asking if someone has written to Abu Dhabi. I am sure you will contact NVC and pass them that message. Follow up with both sides till its confirmed - they should not take more than 60 days after file transfer to give you a date.

Nvc hasn't sent your case because you haven't gotten an interview date yet. The embassy won't answer regarding when we will have appointments at all. Neither the embassy nor the nvc are willing to suggest when we will all get interviews.

I hope you can forward the confirmation from Abu Dhabi that they haven't got the file yet to NVC and push they to confirm that the file has been sent... and then follow up with Abu Dhabi.

Good luck guys - I haven't got to your stage yet - but just trying to pre-empt stuff.

Hello Guys,

Finally, some good news....

Received an email from NVC stating that I have an interview date of Sept 26, 2016. Wow that took long enough.. I will try to see if i can get the interview sooner, as schools are starting very soon.

Nothing so far....calling daily and what they are saying is "they are scheduling for September and keep and eye on your mail".Hopefully by end of this month we can expect something .its three months of waiting...so difficult

Congratulations Neh - but an interview FIVE months after NVC complete is unacceptably late.

Good luck to you as from now its just a couple of months - but this is worse than the statistics for any country in the world it seems!
