Hello everyone I am new to this blog my husband who is a USC filled for immigrant petition for my daughter on the 22 of March its been over 4 months now and I cannot check my case online with my receipt number it keep saying try again or contact customer service im kind of worried because on there website it says 5 months processing time for immediate family FYI it went to Nebraska service center it's frustrating because I cannot check how far my case is I called customer care and they said its normal don't worry about it as long as I received the first notice of action

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to see your case online by now, it's gonna be a blanket statement saying that they received your petition and sent a letter in the mail telling you how they will proceed...did you let them know that your reference number does not work?

For the last 4 months I called them like 4 times and they told me don't worry about it sometimes the system is slow and doesn't update everyone case but damn almost 17 weeks now and I find it strange that they haven't updated my case to their system as yet this is pissing me off by the way I've noticed ah lot of march flyers have access to their case I have already receive my first NOA now I'm waiting on NOA 2 which is the approval letter

Call them asap and ask to speak with a tier 2 supervisor and explain the situation to them
