Is there ANY other way to contact Montreal consulate other than e-mail?

Hello,

I am just wondering if there is any other way to contact the consulate in Montreal other than just e-mailing?

I've emailed them twice - one almost 3 weeks ago and another one on Monday - absolutely no reply.

I need to ask for my passport temporarily to be able to cross the border, as they are taking FOREVER to process my visa...

Please help :(
