summary regarding AOS interview

Hi all,

this is just my personal thoughts, don't get too serious about. But it may help some people(including me) who will have interview soon.

I have read lots of interview experiences that people posted here and other forums. Here is what i think about it:

*Perparation:

All letter sent by USCIS, DLs, passport, birth certificate, ssn, AP, and EDA

*supporting doc (must have):

bank statement, life insurance, medical, photos, employer letter, pay stub, tax returns, joint lease.

*supporting doc (nice to have):

joint credit card, mail, holiday cards have both names.

*make sure you copy everything*

*normal asked question (except all NO questions):

confirm address

date of birth of each other

how and where met

where/when did get married

parents names

some words about each other's works

*Never be late, dress nice, talk slow and clear. Only answer what you are asked.

Most important thing, try to relax, thinking clear.

*I know every interview is different, but just some basic ideas we should keep in mind. Better go through some basic and general questions, just make sure. people sometimes think differently.

You also want to have your marriage certificate. Helps.

Nice to have: 2005 returns/W2s and recent paystubs; updated I-864 for raises, etc.

Don't stress about it. From reading people's experiences, including ours - the majority have a very nice and easy interview. Good Luck

she asked for my phone number,name,my ssn ,previous marriages,kids. What kind of wedding. Put everything in folders/binder-clear so it's easier to pull when the officer asks for it. Pray it works!
