you lived together for a year and got all this? it is weird! Your will get your visa.. it will just take more work/timeI am confused because you got this from the embassay? i did not know vietnam embassay did this..

I would do what the letter states.. if he needs a letter signed form someone that met you then do that. You also met her family and have tons of family photos/vacations together.. this is not normal..The blue sheet says you need all this? wow! i think you need to see if anyone else received a blue sheet from your embassay after a CR1 interview and what they did to overcome it.

Why is it wired ? The spouse visa still requires evidences of bona fide relationship doesn't matter how long you lived together. My spouse filed I-130 when we have been married for at least two years and we included all that what he is going to send them now.

Filed: Timeline

Congratulations, TylerTrúc. Did you have to register with a courier for passport return? The last time I was looking at that, the link from the consulate's site to the courier's site was broken.

syndreamer, which documents did they want notarized? You mention both fiancee and marriage. Are you already married or doing a K1? Good luck.

Heya, sorry for the late reply. This is for a K1 visa for my fiancee. They didn't give us a list of paperwork to be notarized and I'm trying to contact my lawyer to see if he can give the answer but haven't heard from him ever since the interview. From what I gathered on VJ, the Timeline of our relationship and how we met papers need to be signed and notarized. Is there anything else?
