I am about to apply for my Adjustment of Status (original K1 visa holder). I am going to include form I-765, do I need to include anything specific with that form? (I have my two photos for the I-485)

You'll want two passport photos for the EAD (I765) as well. Some people will say "it's fine, you sent some so they have it already" but the instructions ask for two passport photos for the EAD application as well. Even though they are sent together with the fee waived, each application still has to have everything the instructions ask for.

I am alittle confused, i am going to send my AOS package with the EAD and AP, is the EAD has a fee?

Because i am applying for the AOS after got married under k1 visa

The EAD's fee is waived when filing together with the AOS application, so you don't have to pay it.
