is there somewhere i can see or download an example of a typical cover letter for AOS of K1 visa?

like everyone else here i want to "do it right", so that there is less cause for a problem or holdup.

thanks , douie

First off, you are posting in the AOS forum, NOT K1. Secondly, your timeline says you appplied for K3.

Ok, way back when i first started i put in K3 -by mistake. i never thought i would be reminded of that unclarified error, ever time i posted. i have already actually gone through the whole K1 process and am now married, happily so.

i'm sorry " for AOS of K1 visa" wasn't clear enough .i thought that by putting it in the AOS section , it would be evident what i was seeking. i was mistaken . i suppose if i had kept a timeline it would have been helpful to others that were seeking to help me.

thanks to all who might respond - i have found what i need.

my bride Ruby will be updating our info soon.

A cover letter for AOS is not required. However if you want to put one together it is useful to do so. Mine was basically a checklist of everything I put in the packet. Its useful so you can make sure you remember everything.
