You don't need a copy of the beneficiary's passport or birth certificate at this stage.

Have you been living together in Kuwait? I would show evidence of that such as your tenancy agreement or utility bills with both names on. That's the best evidence of all to show a bona fide marriage.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Is there an agreement or contract that states this and hopefully mentions you as well? Or could the company print out a letter saying something to that effect? What about mail addressed to you at that address? Anything that proves you both live there together is helpful.

Oh you have kids together! I missed that earlier. I think you should be fine :) it sounds like you have good evidence to show a bona fide marriage.
