Is your approval for removing conditions on your green card? USCIS provides a tracking number that you should be able to view when you log in your USCIS account.

I was approved for my GC back in April and still nothing. I've put in a service request as no one at USCIS knows where it is. I'm sure you'll receive yours soon.

whats happened now did you locate where your green card is ? they did mail it to you?

Every time I called, no one knew where my GC was or why it hadn't been sent. I was suppose to have 2 call backs which didn't happen so I was asked to submit a service request for a lost GC which I did.

I've been given a case number and I've been told I should hear back by the 17th August. Here's hoping it arrives soon.
