I filed the petition for my wife's AOS using her birth name as we were still in the middle of changing her name in the Social Security office and obtaining a State ID for her. Now We have received her Social Security Card with her Married name, and a state ID with her married name but the AOS shows her previous name, we just received the biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday, will it be an issue? Can the Green card still be in her Married name or will this become a head ache?

Since you applied for it using her maiden name the GC will also come in her maiden name. Would have easier if you had written her married name no it. It cost $4xx to get it change. Maybe you can request a name change on it before the have produced it? I would try that!
