Hi! My fiancé and I are applying for a K1 and on the 21st the embassy in Paris emailed me (the petitioner) a step by step guide of what to do next (we've already been approved and been through the NVC) it states several different steps and what to bring to the interview and one of the last steps state
"each beneficiary must pay the related fees, select an appointment (from 8.30am to 10.45am) on any available Wednesday morning, then register a French mailing address by visiting the outsourcing company which manages the Courier Service via Google Chrome at www.usvisa-info.com"

So I've done that and when I try and select a date on the calendar on the website, all the dates are grayed out and unavailable to select. Is there a reason for this? Am I missing something? I have been checking hourly every day since the 21st and it's still grayed out, it's leaving me rather frustrated.
I have attached a picture of the calendar to show what it looks like.

Hi

Have you tried looking at dates further into the future? For example September or even October?

I booked my appointment for the 21st July on the 1st but there was only one appointment available that day and the rest of July and most of August was already fully booked. It may be that your Consulate is particularly busy at the moment and there may be a longer wait time than you anticipated.

Let us know how you get on.

I have scrolled through all the way until 2020, and there is nothing available. I don't understand how everyone is able to book appointments but I haven't been for since the 21st.. It's frustrating to say the least.

Maybe it has something to do with the fee. Did you pay it? Maybe they need to receive it first before you can schedule an appointment? Just guessing here. :o

Normally if it is grayed out it is not available. Embassy's usually only open one month at a time. August may have come and gone and you need to wait for September to open or a cancellation to appear. Keep checking throughout the day.
