Who is the petitioner? Who is the primary beneficiary?

There is no way for a married child to immigrate with a parent who is being petitioned in the F3 category.

Did your family every update the case to inform USCIS, the NVC, or the US Embassy that you got married?

hi

as married you no longer qualify for the visa, what you are doing is visa fraud, only unmarried children under 21 qualify to be a derivative of a parent beneficiary

once you married, you were out of the petition,

you don't qualify for the visa anymore, immigration doesn't know yet that you are married

as soon as you were married you should have let immigration know and they wouldn't have sent your case to the Embassy in your country
