We also didn't hear anything from the embassy but proceeded with booking and paying for our interview and completing the DS-160. We started collecting the documents per VJ guidelines and what other VJ users that processed through ABD advised us to prepare.

My fiance also ended up finally contacting them and they're pretty responsive via email. I suggest reach out and email them. In the meantime, get your paperwork together such as your police clearance and completing your DS-160 and getting the petitioner to complete the affidavit of support (form i-134).

From what I understand that the Packet 3 is sent by email to the US Petitioner.

You or your fiance need to pay the fees and completed the DS-160 and you need to create an account online

Yes, I believe you need the clearance because per USCIS instruction you need police clearance from all places you've resided after age 16.

Hi- I am in the similar case right now. Did they reply to your email about the embassy letter? I have filled up ds160 paid and scheduled the interview for Sept18. I have emailed the embassy too. Hoping they can provide me answers. I have the nvc letter too.
