US Federal Government fiscal year ends 30 September 2016, it's very possible we all will have NOA2 very soon and the NVC numbers too, usually the Immigration tries to make it done before the end of the fiscal year, this way they plan and ask for the next year budget, they need to use all funds they have (employees salaries and our payments, etc.) before the fiscal year ending, if they don't, the budget could be less, they know it

Crossing fingers and Good Luck to all of us!

Still waiting on my 2nd NOA. Based on the statistics , I should have gotten about last week of July. And calling customer service seem like a joke. There doesn't seem to be direct way to speak to them unless there is a problem according to the voice prompts. Any advice ?

It took me 86 days to get mine even though my Visa Journey estimate was for way less and people who had filed after me were being approved... I know it is the worst feeling in the world and it is awful to be in that position, but sadly there really isn't much you can do. You can write to your local senator and ask him or her to look into your case for you, but if I were you I would sit tight for a few weeks before you do that! (I ended up emailing my local senator and was approved on that very same day.... had to email back and say "never mind!")

Good luck!!

Just an update , thought I'd try to call them and see if they could provide me with an update. But, no dice , they just said its with in the normal processing time of 5 months. That is all :clock::ranting:

Man oh man do I feel sorry for you guys. When did they change policy up to 5 months to process your case down to 4 weeks? Your not getting cheated. It's that you need to develop a little more tolerance. Your at the beginning of your journey and if you plan on reaching citizenship there is a lot more waiting. My wife has applied for ROC removal of conditions day 226. It looks like it will be close to a year before we hear anything. So count your blessings. Be more patient and remember there are millions who are processing a visa from parts all over the world.

I wish everyone a smooth journey.
