Good morning follow VJs, I hope everyone's having a wonderful Friday so far!!!

I have a quick question.... So I mailed the petition on April 29th, it was received on May 2nd..... I am 100% sure that I'll be getting a RFE since I didn't send all copies of my passport..... I've seen people get their second NOA that had got their first NOA after me...... Should I be concerned? I can't call the USCIS because they'll just tell me I have to wait until October to check into what's going on since the processing time is 5 months. Could there be a delay since they're sending out a REF? I checked online and it just says case was received on 5.4.16, with no activity since 5.9.2016. I just want this part to be over with so we can proceed to the next step..... Any help would be great! Thanks a bunch (F)

Outside of requesting an expedite that meets the stringent criteria warranting a USCIS expedite, there's really nothing you can do to speed up the processing of your case with USCIS. Other people's cases may be at a service center that is working faster than your assigned service center, or there are other factors that can be the reason why you're seeing other cases getting their approval/NOA2 with priority dates later than yours.

You shouldn't be concerned unless and until your case processing has passed the 5 month mark with no updates from USCIS. Some cases take 7 months or more with USCIS because of background checks, RFE's, and other possible issues, but everyone's case is different.

RFE is always delay you , you need to wait till they send it to you , once you send the rfe back theyll continue processing your case

I don't know for sure if I will get one but I believe I will get one. They haven't touched the case at all. So I don't know what's going on at all.
