Hello

11 years ago i moved to the usa on a fiance visa, we married, i got the green card, had 2 children born in the usa, then 2 years ago we seperated, i moved back to the uk with

one son and he kept the other son, this year they came to visit us in the uk and we got back together and he wants us to move back to the usa. when i arrived back in the uk

2 years ago i surrendered my green card by filling in a form and sending it back to the embassy in london. So i basically abandoned my green card voluntarily.

Where to we go from here, do we have to start the visa process all over again but apply for a spouse visa now? I am not sure what/where to begin, any info would be greatly

appreciated! We are still married, have been for the last 11 years this september.

Thank you in advance!

Rachel.

Have another query which we are not sure about. Our 2 year old son which i took home to the uk with me is a usa citizen, born in the usa and holds a usa passport, does

he go on the visa paperwork along with me or can he just come over on his usa passport when i enter the usa on my visa?

Confusing!

Many thanks

Rachel
