Is anyone else experiencing a nightmare with filling in the DS160?

I am unable to even progress to the photo part, whereas before it was allowing me to get to the photo step and then not accepting the photo I had despite it being the correct size and format. Now I cannot click on the 'photo' tab to even get to the page where I can upload it.

What do I do? Is there anyone I can contact? Am I better off just starting the whole thing over? It's ridiculous.

I am at the point of ripping my own hair out right now because this should be so simple yet I am unable to submit an electronic form because the website sucks so much, like every other minute detail of this whole thing isn't already hugely stressful, god forbid the technology work to make anyones life simpler after they have spent hours poring over the questions and painstakingly filling everything in.

Sorry - having one of those weeks and just want to move forward from this form at this point.

Of course I can't find the thread now, but another person recently posted about wanting to cry because of the issues they were having! I'm sorry you're dealing with this, too.

If I remember correctly, everyone was having similar issues, and people were either starting over or having to close out of the browser completely and then log back in. Have you been saving your progress?

Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

I think that was me haha. I NEED ANSWERS! I am going to leave it until I have some quiet time next week and just start over if I still don't have any luck. I know I don't need to turn it in just yet. Thank you for your reply <3
