I recall on the DS-260 application, it asked if I had documentation of my vacines/immunizations, so I made an appointment with my current family doctor and she said there's nothing on my record because my previous doctor of 25+ years passed away and didn't transfer my records over.

So after 6 calls, I cannot find my records.

Is this required for the medical for a CR-1/IR-1 application? Would love to know others experiences!

Vaccination records are required for all Immigration Visa's and Visa's used for Immigration intent. You will need to either get re-vaccinated, or find someone who worked at the doctor's office that has access to your medical records that can provide your vaccination record to be presented when you schedule your Medical.

Or you can get tested to see if you have immunity. I did this since I didnt want to be vaccinated without actually needing it.

Before you go ahead getting all sorts of tests / vaccinations done, have your DR take a look at the Medical vaccination section of the USCIC website - as there are different vaccinations needed / not needed, depending on your age. You may / may not need to have them administered.

Do you have a link for this?

I got a titer test done and am awaiting results to see what kind of antibodies I have in my blood.

I figured, why not have this documentation in hand during my medical - better more than none :)
