Yes, I check the status each day, it says Application received and pending. I call last week, they say it is in normal proceeding time. The last update March 19.

I wish to see my darling soon!

I understand you pain. I'm trying to understand why USCIS hasn't updated their processing times since March 15th!!!!! Or maybe the status hasn't changed :blink:

March 15, 2007 - I-129F Sent

March 20, 2007 - NOA1 Received

March 23, 2007 - Touched, April 4, 2007 - Touched , April 5, 2007 - Touched

April 18, 2007 - RFE Email received (waiting for snailmail to see what it is they need)

April 23, 2007 - Received RFE in the mail, mailed out RFE to USCIS using express mail, will get there tomorrow (come on NOA2!)

April 25, 2007 - USCIS Received my RFE info and case has resumed processing

April 26, 2007 - Touched, April 27, 2007 - Touched, April 28, 2007 - TOUCHED AGAIN!

May 10, 2007 - NOA2 Email notification (It took 56 days)

May 16, 2007 - Received NOA2 Notice in snail mail

May 18, 2007 - Received Letter from NVC that they are sending our packet to Juarez Consulate this week

May 26, 2007 - Received Fiance Packet!!!!!!

June 5, 2007 - Medical

June 6, 2007 - Interview at Juarez - Visa Denied (Fiance admitted to smoking marijuana cigarette 6 months before the interview, labeled a 'DRUG ADDICT")

November 18, 2009: I sent an inquiry thru the Juarez website asking about our upcoming end to our ban, what to do etc.

December 14, 2009 - Received a reply from the consulate saying that they will forward a request to the immigration department to request a new appt

December 16, 2009 - Received an email from the consulate saying they are ready for my fiance to come for an open appt anytime

February 2, 2010 - Medical - Trip back to Psych far away in dirty office

February 3, 2010 - Pick up Medical Results

February 4, 2010 - Interview, given form 221(g) "Admin Review" and to come back in 6 months for another medical examination. #######.

Hi all, sorry I dissapeared for a while, was overseas visiting the lady. Well my roomate opened my RFE, basically its just a sheet of paper asking two questions. #1 Did we meet thougth a marriage broker? YES/NO (UMMM thats weird cause I already asnwered that for sure inthe I129F, and #2 Do you have a criminal record? YES/NO Sounds like basically when I get back tonight, I can sign that send it off in the morning and I should be all good. :)

I'm getting annoyed b/c I haven't had a touch in 5 days... I know this is probably normal, but, well hah do I have anything to worry about??

don't worry, i had only 1 touch on 3/14 :wacko:

USCIS should have received my I-129F on the 19th, today is the 22nd - hopefully this will go quickly!

I think VSC filers are getting a bit imaptient now..lol. Comon check out VJers in other service centres, dnt make them feel bad. Am sure we'll all get thru it though but am so glad that am filing with VSC :dance:

03/16/2007 - I-129F package sent to VSC

03/19/2007 - Package received - Signed by Chris

03/23/2007 - Check Cashed

03/24/2007 - NOA1 received in mail

03/28/2007 - Touch

04/16/2007 - NOA2 email

04/20/2007 - NVC receives the case

05/29/2007 - Got P3 (long wait)

05/31/2007 - Mailed P3 to embassay
