Hmm....Looks like I'll be expecting my NOA 2 sometime this week or next week. Basing my predictions on the data from the statistics page.

Had received my NOA2 on March 28th. This morning, April 10th, my fiancee received the Packet 3. Woo hoo! :dance: I am so excited. Now to get all that paperwork ready and mail it to her. Hopefully that interview comes quickly and we can join each other.

November 19, 2005 - The beginning, when we met

November 18, 2006 - Met in London, UK

November 22, 2006 - Engaged on the London Eye

November 26, 2006 - Engagement Party in London

March 5, 2007 - Mailed I-129F packet

March 7, 2007 - Received by VSC

March 8, 2007 - NOA1 issued

March 14, 2007 - Received NOA1 by snail mail

March 14, 2007 - Touched

March 22, 2007 - Touched

March 22, 2007 - NOA2 issued

March 23, 2007 - Touched

March 28, 2007 - Received NOA2 by snail mail

March 27, 2007 - Application received by NVC

March 28, 2007 - Application forwarded to Consulate in Sydney, Australia

March 31, 2007 - Received letter of receipt from NVC

April 2, 2007 - Consulate receives application

April 10, 2007 - Fiancee receives Packet 3

April 14, 2007 - Mailed I-134 and necessary documentation to fiancee

April 16, 2007 - Fiancee mails DS-230 to consulate

April 18, 2007 - Fiancee medical appointment

May 04, 2007 - Send Checklist to consulate

May 22, 2007 - Receive Packet 4

June 08, 2007 - INTERVIEW DATE

JUNE 8th 2007 - VISA APPROVED

October 20, 2007 - Fiancee arrives to the USA

October 23, 2007 - Got married at the local court house

April 19 - Received notice from NVC - sent to Vancouver? WHAT? :) CAN IT BE TRUE???

May 4 - Packet 3!! Still from Vancouver!

May 7 - Packet 3 faxed back

May 16 - Medical in Ottawa

May 17 - Packet 4!

June 11 - Interview - APPROVED IN VANCOUVER!

June 16 - Activated visa at Alexandria Bay!

BACK IN THE USSA! ;)

Sept 1 - Wedding in Maryland

Nov 12 - AOS package recieved by USCIS

Nov 30 - NOA

Dec 3 - Received Biometrics Appointment date

Dec 20 - Biometrics Appointment in Baltimore!

Jan 14, 2008 - Case transfered to CSC

Feb 4 - Welcoming letter and AP/arrived!

Feb 6 - Case online - updated - Approval notice sent

Feb 7 - GREEN CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL - Happy dance ensues!! :) :) :) :) :)

2009/2010 - Adjustment of Status (10 year visa)

Dec - Filed I751 (Vermont)

Dec 14th - Received NOA (Conditional residence extended for one year)

Jan 26th - Biometrics in Baltimore

Jan 28th - Touch

April 2 - Approval letter recieved!

June 22 - Still no card... called Vermont Office

June 25 - Email received, card production ordered!

July 9 - GC received in mail!! :)

March 20, 2007 - NOA1 Received

March 23, 2007 - Touched, April 4, 2007 - Touched , April 5, 2007 - Touched

April 18, 2007 - RFE Email received (waiting for snailmail to see what it is they need)

April 23, 2007 - Received RFE in the mail, mailed out RFE to USCIS using express mail, will get there tomorrow (come on NOA2!)

April 25, 2007 - USCIS Received my RFE info and case has resumed processing

April 26, 2007 - Touched, April 27, 2007 - Touched, April 28, 2007 - TOUCHED AGAIN!

May 10, 2007 - NOA2 Email notification (It took 56 days)

May 16, 2007 - Received NOA2 Notice in snail mail

May 18, 2007 - Received Letter from NVC that they are sending our packet to Juarez Consulate this week

May 26, 2007 - Received Fiance Packet!!!!!!

June 5, 2007 - Medical

June 6, 2007 - Interview at Juarez - Visa Denied (Fiance admitted to smoking marijuana cigarette 6 months before the interview, labeled a 'DRUG ADDICT")

November 18, 2009: I sent an inquiry thru the Juarez website asking about our upcoming end to our ban, what to do etc.

December 14, 2009 - Received a reply from the consulate saying that they will forward a request to the immigration department to request a new appt

December 16, 2009 - Received an email from the consulate saying they are ready for my fiance to come for an open appt anytime

February 2, 2010 - Medical - Trip back to Psych far away in dirty office

February 3, 2010 - Pick up Medical Results

February 4, 2010 - Interview, given form 221(g) "Admin Review" and to come back in 6 months for another medical examination. #######.

I wonder what they are doing with mine?????? Well am watching you lot since you filed before us!

I speculated that maybe they just sent the NOA2 through snail mail and didn't update the database, but I think if that was the case it would have got to me by yesterday. :unsure:

Ivelina & Andrew, I sent my I-129F same time you did, but have not seen any touches since April 3. I am getting a little worried, even though I checked and re-checked everything before I sent it out.

I tripled checked everything on mine too Wendya and my NOA1 was 3/16!! I believe JanetandEdgar are nearly the same. Perhaps this employee just has a big load of cases on his/her desk.

I was so happy!!! I received an e-mail notice at 9:06 am that our I-129F was approved and a NOA 2 was mailed out. Yippie!! Oh Happy Days!! (Mutlu Gunler) :D

Seriously people look at my timeline below, should I be panicking yet? That's like 3 people above me at vermont who got approved now. Makes me worry they have forgotten about me.
