OP and Kins8487, Affidavits are secondary evidence when it comes to ROC. As others have said, gather evidence of financial co-mingling. Download and get wills of medical power of attorneys if your evidence is weaker. They are available on line and provide security for you beyond ROC. Good luck.

First Of All THANKS.

But I Put My List Of Evidences.

Can U Tel Me From That Is It Enough Or Not?

Hi again. I don't see your list here for some reason, but if I commented about getting a will, then something seemed weak to me. ROC is all about co-mingling assets. Get everything you can...send the "kitchen sink" if you want to avoid an RFE. Check the guides and do a search for effective evidence. Wills are cheap. Get one for ROC and for life. Good luck.
