Hospital in Japan just e-mailed us a copy of my fiance's DS-3025. (We submitted all the AOS stuff last week without having any clue what was on this DS-3025.)

Okay, based on what this DS-3025 says, will we get RFE'd, or told my poor pin cushioned wife needs to go to Civil Sturgeon, or otherwise have to go through more rigamarole. (Maybe we'll get PDF'ed) :rolleyes:

From the DS-3025::::

DT, DTP, DTeP: Vaccine given 1/6/16

Measles: Test for Immunity 1/8/16
Mumps: Test for Immunity 1/8/16

Rubella: Test for Immunity 1/8/16

Varicella: (Box reading "Varicella History" is checked)

Influenza: Vaccine Given 1/6/16

Summary: Box is checked that reads: "US Vaccination Requirements COMPLETE (Requesting a Blanket Waiver)"


There ain't nuthin' more about the results of the tests for immunity, like something indicating that she is immune. But my wife thinks they may have told her she was immune to MMR when she spoke to them before her K1 interview on January 26th.

So, is she good?

You said the box is checked for "U.S. Vaccination Requirements COMPLETE" so I don't think there's gonna be an issue.

03/30/2015 - Biometrics Appointment Completed

05/12/2015 - I-785 & I-131 Approved

05/20/2015 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received

06/10/2015 - AOS Interview (Result: Approved)

06/18/2015 - Conditional Green Card Received
