Yup, at the time Sanders polled better, but I think that is because most people liked how "clean" he is, they may have liked some of his ideas, his manners as opposed to Trump etc...but when push comes to shove, alot of his supporters at the end of the day are not socialists, which is his real loyal base. Alot of his supporters were not people that, once they knew exactly more of what he stands for, would have been able to support him. So I think later on down the road it could have changed. In any case I can't be accused of being a Sanders supporter but I just don't see the big deal here. He said it from the beginning he would support whoever the eventual nominee is. He knows very well obviously he's not going to support Trump or Johnson, so at the end of the day it comes down to either Hilary or no body. Sure nobody would have seemed like the more "noble" thing to do, but also it would mean many of his supporters that actually listen to him, would not vote for her, which would guarantee a Trump presidency, which is what he wants to avoid more than anything.

So I don't think backing her now makes him a sell out or makes him all of a sudden support her policies. It just means that between Trump and her, to him, she's still the lesser of the two evils and he wants to make sure his supporters know that too. Just like I believe most of those who will vote Trump are not doing it because they like him, at all; They're going to do it because that's how much they hate Clinton. BTW, our shop has delivered several arrangements to Bernie's office in recent weeks from people telling him to keep running(as an independent I guess) or to even "go green". So there's still a huge base out there trying to sway him.

As has been explained to you previously, hiring someone as an independent contractor for $10hr is the equivalent of hiring someone for about $6hr. I believe the minimum wage is a bit higher than that these days.

i don't know, i can't say i understand any bernie supporter who decides to vote for trump. maybe they weren't loved enough as children or have any number of cognitive deficiencies. but i can't vote for hillary. i might have been on track to swallow my pride and vote for her based on the 'anybody but trump' premise since bernie threw it in, but now that its been proven that bernie was right and the dnc was actively working against the best interest of their constituents i don't want anything to do with them. que sera sera and hold on to your boot straps.

The dnc rigged the primary. The media was in on it. The president was in on it. Stole the election. I was pointing out that you could be pretty upset/angry tonight.

I know how I was feeling when the Rnc was trying to sabotage trump. If they had succeeded I would have been livid.
