Hello guys, i have dual Citizen ( moldovian and romanian) but I have been living In Romania for the last 6 years, we want to apply for K1 Visa and I am wondering at which embassy i will have to apply! I'm trying as much as posible to avoid the one in Moldova. I saw that in petition you have to add the country you were born which is Moldova then is another question about your nationality which i wanna Say romanian. Is that right? Also there is a question at what Embassy you wanna process your visa( something like this) and i wanna write Bucharest, Romania. Im confused... Can somebody help us? They will let me to choose what country I want to get a Visa since I have Citizen and passport, or they will force me to process my Visa ar my born country( Moldova) ??? Thank you

Anyone can interview in the country they are legally residing in (for you that's Romania), or any country they are citizens of (for you that's Romania and Moldova). So yes, you can interview in Romania without issues.

You need to state both nationalities on the form though.
