Medical is mandatory, and there is a huge chance that you will be required to get vaccinations. I think you should put no.

I put no, and this is what I wrote:

"AS OF DATE, MARCH 14 2016, MY CASE IS STILL AT NVC, AND I HAVE NOT HAD IMMIGRATION MEDICAL

EXAM OR VACCINATIONS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS TO TAKE MEDICAL EXAMINATION YET.
I SHOULD HAVE THIS DOCUMENTATION AFTER I AM GIVEN THE MEDICAL EXAM."
And, it worked.

If you dont have proof of the vaccinations required put no and get the vaccines required before or at the medical. MMR, Tdap, and varicella.

As the no explanation say you will recieve vaccinations at or before the medical exam

No, you do not need priority date at all. Be assured.

After USCIS approves your I-130 (called NOA2 typically), they will send your case to NVC. Then, you can call NVC to find your "case no" and receipt no. Case no is everything after this.

The final stage prior to interview is filling out NVC. In order to do, you need "receipt" and "case no". Priority date not needed at all. Check this out: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx . All they ask is case no and receipt number.

Remember again, you can only get these after your case completes in USCIS.

I know it is a nerve wracking process. I had my interview but have not received my passport back. Have not seen my wife in person in a while :(

You will be fine! You will get your passport soon and you will reunion with you wife

everything will be successfully

Thank you for your kindly reply again :)
