im just wondering if its ok! to FAX my fiancee birth certificate? thnks guys

If you are doing a K-1 Visa, (which I assume you are), it is not required with the I-129 apllicaction.

If you are doing a K-1 Visa, (which I assume you are), it is not required with the I-129 apllicaction.

If you have it, send it. I've seen others received RFE and asked to send a copy of beneficiary's BC. Take John&Diana's case for an instance... It's not going to hurt if you will overkill your packet. Just make sure that all the documents you will include are in English language, otherwise, have it translated.

As for your question betsutabol, maybe you should ask your fiancee to send you an original copy of it, just to be safe...

Totally agree! That's what they wanted when we filed, then I had to go get the darn thing translated! :bonk:
