Besides the obvious! (Get married which we are working on getting a date) He entered the US June 12. I was wondering if there is something else we can do before we get married and send papers. I heard he is able to get an SSN already? True or no? I just want to start get things going!

** Post moved to AOS from family visas, OP is asking about next immigration step after K1

Hi! Get married within 90 days. He is able to get a SNN but some SSA offices need us to educate them a bit. Here's the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn

As soon as possible (there's no deadline, but) file for Adjustment of Status for his conditional green card. Here's the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Get his SSN certainly. Make sure he's listed in the I94 database and print that out. The guide is helpful on this on what to bring. Don't let any unknowledgeable SSA employee boss you around. Ask for supervisor if needed.

Get married.

Party and enjoy life! You two are together now!

Add to bank

Add to or obtain health insurance as soon as you are able. Don't let any unknowledgeable HR or insurance employee boss you around. Ask for supervisor if needed.

File for AOS (with AP/EAD) as soon as you are able.

If new spouse would like to drive in the US, they will most likely need to wait until they have both the SSN and an EAD. Don't let any unknowledgeable DMV employee boss you around. Ask for supervisor if needed.

Get EAD and job search.

Get Green Card after endless wait and finally relax for a while. :P
