Hi,

Regarding the AOS Application forms, I would like to confirm if the Alien Registration Number is the one that indicates in your I-797, Notice of Action (with A123 456 789) for petitioner and beneficiary?

Also for G325A, in the section - This form is submitted in connection with an application for:

Should I select Status as Permanent Resident or Other (Specify): Adjustment of Status??

AOS Journey:

July 1, 2016 : Arrived in US with K1 Visa

August 20, 2016 : Got Married in California :luv:

  • August 26, 2016 - Submitted our AOS Package (I-130 & I-485)
  • August 30, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicage Lockbox
  • September 6, 2016 - Received text and email receipt notice that i-130 and i-485 application has been received
  • September 10, 2016 - Received hard copies of NOAs in mail for both applications. Notice date is September 3, 2016
  • September 16, 2016 - Received biometric Appointment Notice in mail
  • September 26, 2016 - Biometric Appointment at USCIS San Jose, CA
  • October 19, 2016 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
  • November 1, 2016 - Advance Parole (AP) Document was produced
  • November 5, 2016 - Received the original AP approval notice in mail
