That's what they told me also, but it just took 2 weeks for me. I also received the interview date email  a week after case complete

Hoping sooner.. ill give them a call again on thursday..ill keep bugging them lol

That's what I did lol, I even asked them if I can talk to a supervisor and they told me that they can't do anything about it then after 6 hours I got case complete.

Haha ? I called them again on Fridat the agent told me to call back within a week..hopefully get a CC this week..btw..congrats for getting ur CC and of course the interview date ?

How many months until your case is completed? 

Also, in what service center they routed your case.

01/06/2017 - Mailed Petition to Arizona Lockbox via USPS certified mail - Paid: $4 and change

01/09//2017 - Petition was received (Priority Date)

01/16/2017 - Received  text and email notification that case was accepted and routed to Texas Service Center

01/20//2017 - Received NOA1 in the mail (Form I-179c)

Hi,is this the number  that i need to call?603 334 0700? Ive been trying to call them coz i believed its been 8 weeks now since the scan date of my AOS packet and untill now i havent receive any news from them,tried to call this number but i cant get in i was thinking if is this the right number.Thnx
