That's what they told me also, but it just took 2 weeks for me. I also received the interview date email  a week after case complete

That's what I did lol, I even asked them if I can talk to a supervisor and they told me that they can't do anything about it then after 6 hours I got case complete.

Haha ? I called them again on Fridat the agent told me to call back within a week..hopefully get a CC this week..btw..congrats for getting ur CC and of course the interview date ?

Also, in what service center they routed your case.

Only took 4 months to get case complete. And it was routed to nebraska

I'm just wondering what could be the next step. I received an approval letter for my IR5 for my Mom. Thank you. Nebraska Center here 11/30/16 priority date

What's the next step after I received the approval notice for my Mom. Do I need to wait for the NVC letter? For the instructions and the case number? Ty

Hi,is this the number  that i need to call?603 334 0700? Ive been trying to call them coz i believed its been 8 weeks now since the scan date of my AOS packet and untill now i havent receive any news from them,tried to call this number but i cant get in i was thinking if is this the right number.Thnx
