what is tier 1 and 2? is that the immigration officer??

Tier 2 knows nothing, Tier 1 knows a little less.

Tier 2 is the immigration officer tier 1 is a representative who has very little info they basically read off what's already showing up on your USCIS case status online. They also give a lot of misinformation.

I just called and demanded a tier 2 that it's been way over 3-5 days and they still haven't called me back. They said they will surely call me back today and wait time said 30 minutes so let's see what happens.... I am going to demand answers from them ofcourse because my 6 weeks at NVC is up today

ah ok. because i called tier2 he ask for my receipt number. fullname and DOB and the applicant too. and he told me that hes gonna give me a report back this july 22 about my case. hopefully im gonna get some answers that i need its almost 2 months now
