I will likely be out of vacation time due to wonderful trips to see my fiancée so I may not be able to go fly with her when she comes to the USA. Atlanta will be the POE. My question is can I meet her at the airport before she goes through customs/immigration. I want to be there with her when we do this and was wondering.

No, you won't be able to meet her inside of the airport (as in places where you should have been checked by TSA to get into) unless you are in transit yourself and have a plane ticket to get in. Most likely, you will be seeing her when she comes out of the International Arrivals gate.

Nope, sorry, it's not allowed. She has to process through Customs and Immigration by herself. Just tell her to relax and follow the crowd, and not to be afraid to ask a question of an officer, if she doesn't know where to go.

When I was flying back from seeing my fiancé in South America, I came back through Atlanta and immigration was immediately after getting off the plane. But there were a ton of staff giving directions and it's very simple to know where to go (us citizens to the right, non us citizens to left-clearly marked) and everyone was really nice and that airport is really beautiful 0.0 she will be just fine! :) (you can also read the POE reviews for Atlanta on this site)
