Depends on the adjudicator but give the USCIS up to 30 days to respond,

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC) 
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

yeah 2-4 is standard, but it depends on the type of evidence they asked for.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I got Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed,if I send how long they working again?

up to 45 days from the date they receive your answer. I am on 30 days of waiting already for a stupid ,,beneficiary letter of inted to marry'' that was also sent in the original package !

Depends on the adjudicator but give the USCIS up to 30 days to respond,

up to 45 days from the date they receive the answer. That's what we've been told by a Tier 2 officer .

I guess it depends on what the RFE is for and who is working on your case.

In our case they needed stamps of the divorce letter on the papers, which was on there but we sent them another one making sure it was clearly shown and highlighted. We sent it in and we got a notification it was received a few days later and they will start working on our case (may 16) and then we were approved June 8th.

But ofcourse I have seen other people wait over 30 days.

The standard approximate time for an RFE respond was 30 days before. However, now they're stuck everywhere and it can take longer. It also depends on the kind of request for evidence, additional or initial. Out of my experience, it took them nearlt three weeks to turn my RFE into NOA2 (they wanted a copy of my passport biographical data page)

They received my RFE response 31 days before and I'm still waiting on my NOA2.

More 13 days and i will be reaching a 5 month mark for this process.

Package Sent: March 10th 2016
NOA1 : March 17th
RFE Received: June 7th
NOA2: June 29th (We received Aug 28)
NVC received/create case: July 22nd
NVC shipped Case to Rio Embassy: July 29th
Email from Rio Embassy Received : Aug 4th
NVC Hard copy Letter Received: Aug 5th
Medical Schedule: September 15th :dancing: DONE!
Interview schedule: October 11th :dancing: APPROVED!!!!

POE : MIAMI October 22nd (L)

JP Wedding : October 26th /27th (L)(L)
