hi i just wanna let ya know I got approved my k1 visa without recognizing my divorce here in the phils.about cemar its okey they accepted that just attach your decree of divorce with it.. :)

thank you all!. at the prescreening they dont ask my divorce paper but i still insist and asked em if they need it coz Im divorce then they ask for it...... the one who interviewed me was half .american half filipino.. it took so long almost 20 questions, more on about previous marriage lol thanks God everythings good... I am in the same situation as you. Did you get approved at the USEM? Have you done CFO seminar yet?

yes got approved at USEM now waiting for the visa and already set an appointment at cfo. I had few friends that got approved as well and done the cfo. and now living in US.

The CFO is what I'm worried most about. Can you please post here or pm me and let me know how it goes. It would help ease some nerves.

hello. i am divorced in philippines by sharia court of law. now i am applying for marriage visa to germany. the german embassy asked me to submit my CEMAR with a remarks DIVORCED on it. but the PSA said they cant give remarks on my cemar since their computer systmem does not have the capabilities to register divorces. i have my annotated Marriage cert. have anyone here have knoweledge about my case. thanks for your answers.
